What is fear? I see the word like this…

(F)ear

Fear is a red flag within the ear, a ringing of caution caused by a threat of danger, pain or harm. Although a trigger for fight or flight, it is important to be conscious of this up rising in emotion. Be aware, don’t give into the initial rush. Allow it to settle and see within a lesson; to live without trigger. When we point the gun, pull the trigger… we then realize to late what has transpired. A gun with no trigger isn’t useless if we ask the right questions.

A reason I say this is because many times, we have grown to believe falsities in our perception. Behind our fear, lies our dreams and sense of accomplishment in broadening our perspective and growth in character( expansion). I’m not saying ignore fear, respect it. When we confront these personal fears, we overcome an emotional control over our being. Fear in its design is protection from what could happen, an ego response for protection of self… dependent of the situation in obvious terms, but at a base we never truly can know the outcome of what will happen. It’s all preconceived. Imagine you grew up to live in a dark house, fearing to use a light switch because you have always been told since young that once you use the light switch, the house will explode. It takes someone else with a different learning or understanding to come into your life and show you the falseness in that statement, or your own personal drive to push behind the fear and have the light brighten the room; surrendering to the outcome is a tool for growth. All of a sudden that out dated belief dissolves and you’re left feeling like you have been misguided and lied to, another trigger response if not aware. A way for anyone to come into closing fears within is asking the questions of why they’re there. When, why, and how did they come into my life? Am I living in someone else’s belief?
If from trauma… how can I heal this wound? Through self-love. One does not climb the tallest mountains in a day, it’s a matter of small steps till you reach the peak and are able to admire the view (perspective) and gain strength in accomplishment.

Our fears are built from holding onto reality, our fear grows in the possibility of death. When we are scared of heights, it is not the height we are scared of, the height is the trigger. We are scared of falling to our death. When we are scared of sharks, we have been conditioned by media to see them as rampaging predators of death… have you ever seen how cranky a human gets when it hasn’t eaten a meal in a while, so give understanding to the nature of an apex predator, they don’t have hands to say hello. A fear of snakes, is not of itself but the fear of being bitten and feeling the poison course it’s way to a physical death. In a religious outlook; is the embodiment of ‘Satan’ which has conditioned a lot of people to see a snake as a bad omen. When in fact is still a magnificent creation of God (Source). Snakes are a perfect example of transformation, signifying rebirth and how renewal is important through the journey of life.

When we transcend through the fear of death is when we truly begin to live. A goal on earth, is death before death… not of physical but of ego. Once the ego silences, our creative inner most essence becomes the forefront. Living in expressing our life as the artist, realizing we have the choice to grow in change.

Change
the result of alteration or modification,
dynamite to a settled foundation,
ripples in a still stagnation,
the only tool to alter your vibration.

Without change, even in it’s slightest… is almost like falling asleep and never waking up. We lose life. That’s why love, not in the deep desire for something to be a certain way, but unconditional love is so important, because with unconditional love we give room for the birth of change. We allow for freedom in the nature of growth and expansion. We let go of control and surrender to the concept of something being a certain way. We give it a place for it to become more than what we expect.

Removing a fear is surrendering to the outcome. Being in peace and harmony with the now. Presence is a present in purpose. To be alive and awake in the surroundings and teachings of dancing with the flow of Gods (Source) nature. Now I’m not saying go dance in the traffic… but if you decide to… you might just feel the release of control over the journey of life. You might just feel your breath go deeper. You might just make everyone stop, get out of their vehicle and join the dance. You might just birth change.

Never underestimate the calling of your heart. For its love is bigger than fear. Don’t hear; listen. You are always being guided.
