\nOn a microscale<\/em><\/strong>, viewing our DNA structure from an additional outlook,\nnotice it\u2019s a spiral ladder with two arms, one being a representative of\nmasculine and the other the feminine. These arms are then separated and\nconnected by the vibratory steps to ascension; this present eternal knowledge\nis passed on in a remembering, an unlocking and absorbing from the experiences\nwe choose in this current reality. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

This helix can be found within nature and is the basis of mathematics today; mathematics was not made by man, it was part found through the natural spiral form in the Golden ratio<\/em>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Oftentimes\ndo we find repetition in our life in some way when learning lessons where we\nbegin to see deeper shadows and truths, bringing light to the perspective and\nbecoming conscious of what was hidden. Let\u2019s view this spiral as a dance, a\nfreedom of expression in movement (expansion); two arms in continuous motion\nbut never touching, although always connected. \u201cWe are in this world but not of this world.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n A quote that resonates on many depths of understanding on a personal level, never feeling like the mold of society could shape the path I was born to walk. My journey through life has been a 180-degree switch from looking and trying to force the external world with outdated beliefs I was unconsciously carrying into new realities of my life to healing, creating\/building and trusting my internal world, allowing and accepting my own personal flow as the ultimate dance. We must\nbegin to realize that our inner-most world creates our outer world. We can\u2019t\nchange what we see in the mirror without changing from where we view the mirror,\nsimply\u2026 from a place of conditional or unconditional love? We are in a reality\nof free will and therefore have a life of choice. That choice stems\/reaches\ndeeper and higher than what meets the eye. When we begin to play with this\npaintbrush of choice, do we begin to feel the freedom from the teachings and\nmolds of society, formation of new pathways from a micro; in the brain, to a\nmacro; in the world\/universe. At the true core of what and who we are,\nextensions of God (Source), can we create the world we dream it to be; for\ndreams are inner truths in exploration and expansion.<\/p>\n\n\n\n The analogy\nof a radio works on so many levels when applied to a way of manifesting and at\na base to the message of this body; that life is about frequency<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Frequency is the vibration<\/em> at which existence<\/em> becomes manifest<\/em>.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n When you want to hear a specific channel, you tune the radio until you reach the correct frequency. All forms in this universe share their own frequency (Hz). On an internal level, if we become in-tune with the frequency of our deepest and truest desire, there\u2019s nothing that can prevent that manifestation into the external. Surrender and accept the way in which it becomes, by following the present journey\u2026 not forcing the desire to be a certain way we provide a much larger platform for that desire to land from the conscious realms and become tangible in the present. Work the process step by step, through time you\u2019ll reach the destination. With patience, gratitude and applied action, your YOU<\/em>niverse will join arm in arm with your dance; to guide and prove that life is an everyday celebration. Gratitude is a deep and powerful attitude, we need to see it in our present and be thankful for where we are in the current journey, realizing that all we have is a manifestation from a past desire. If we truly connect to that core\u2026 will we open up the door to more. If we cannot be thankful in genuiness for life as it happens, will we carry past teachings to current realities, forever in the same loop (repeating helix), just with new surroundings if we have chosen to keep escaping or running away instead of facing and bringing light and awareness to the shadow in our experience. Break the cycle. Heal. Fine tune your fortune (frequency) and vibrate higher, climb the ladder. Ascend to your highest self and become conscious of what your reality is teaching you. You\u2019ll see the newness in every moment\u2026 is that not the gift of the present? Another indication of balance\nin this universe, the stability yet separation between light and dark. In many\ntraditions we view the sun as the fatherly figure; the masculine (strong in\nstance) and the moon, the mother; feminine (nurturing in movement). The Sun and\nmoon are never touching but are always connected in cycle, forever dancing in\ntheir helix\/spiral. The art to manifesting the life of your dreams starts within, becoming in-tune to the frequency of your nature. Nurturing that garden until there are fields of bloom.
