A statement\nthat begins in the heart; if believed is acted out through the brain. We decide\non the actions we are going to accept, take, chase and follow through with.\nThat being said, we need to make sure it is coming from a place of love and\npurity. Our emotions are quick to grab control of the wheel and that\u2019s when\naccidents happen. When we are in calmness and tranquility can we truly follow\nwith flow; natural flow to the destination in front of our present. Life to me\nis all about the journey, never the destination. Something we hear throughout\nour lifetime but never truly swallow. When we arrive, we tend to look at what\nbrought us here, at how through all the rain and wrong turns did we create the\nperfect destination.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
I always use the metaphor of a vehicle\u2026 without the engine (heart) you can never truly have control over where you\u2019re meant to be going. We have an amazing looking shell (body) but once you\u2019re in the driver seat, nothing seems to work. We have to look internally to see where the problem sits, run through all trials to finally get the engine running. A healthy and well looked after heart (engine) will provide for many more positive experiences through our journey.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
